Location: Dar es Salaam
Responsibilities
- Manage office fixed assets and logistics.
- Monitor office attendance.
- Handle documentation related to:
- Invitation letters
- Business visas
- Work visas
- Residence permits
- ID cards
- Other immigration matters
- Coordinate renewals and applications including:
- BRE annual renewal
- Business license renewal
- CRB registration renewal
- Tax clearance certificate
- TIN application
- National ID application
- NSSF card
- WCF registration
- Pay fees for fuel cards/GPEC and manage bills/maintenance.
- Handle legal affairs (as needed).
- Accompany the general manager to meetings and assist in project development.
- Carry out other temporary assignments from the General Manager.
- Understand and manage government affairs, including how to access proper channels for procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
