Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Delivery Team Lead to manage and optimize sourcing and procurement processes. The role focuses on driving supplier performance, strategic sourcing initiatives, and efficient contract management in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement operations
- Manage supplier performance and relationships
- Conduct market analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure value and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective process delivery
- Identify and implement improvements across the supply chain
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sourcing and procurement
- Strong competencies in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation
- Proven market analysis skills and cost optimization experience
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering, or supply chain management
- Industry experience in sectors such as construction, mining, oil & gas, or related fields is desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent are advantageous
