Position: Motion Designer

Location: Tanzania
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Motion Designer, preferably in a corporate communication or marketing environment

Your profile

• Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to develop visually appealing motion graphics and animations

• Expertise in motion graphics software such as:

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • DaVinci Resolve

  • Cinema 4D

  • Other relevant tools

• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging visual content

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in French is a plus

Your challenges

• Creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various corporate and internal communication materials, including:

  • Videos

  • Presentations

  • Social media content

  • Web banners

  • Internal newsletters

• Developing creative concepts and storyboards based on project requirements and communication objectives

• Designing visually compelling motion graphics that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience

• Assisting in video production, including:

  • Editing footage

  • Adding motion graphics

  • Creating visual effects to enhance video content

• Ensuring all motion graphics and animations are consistent with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines

• Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of motion graphics and animation content
