Oversee Flight Operations: Ensure smooth, on-time airline performance.
Manage Disruptions: Handle delays, diversions, and cancellations.
Optimize Resources: Schedule crew and aircraft efficiently.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety and regulatory standards.
Lead Crisis Response: Manage emergencies and irregular operations.
Supervise Team: Coordinate OCC staff and departments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive Experience: Proven background in airline flight operations.
Strong Knowledge: In-depth understanding of aviation regulations and safety standards.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Problem-Solving: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of flight planning and dispatch systems.
Operational Awareness: Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
System Proficiency: Experience with PSS (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo Travelport).
