Position: Banking & Treasury Officer
Experience Required: 3 years of work experience
Education: University degree in Finance or a related field
Key Skills:
Understanding of mobile money
Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel
Core responsibilities
Conduct daily end-to-end reconciliation of interoperability wallets and report discrepancies to the Treasury and Banking Manager.
Manage prefunded wallet bank transfers to prevent service interruptions.
Oversee liquidity management across interoperability and partner accounts/wallets.
Perform annual capitalization assessments for Mixx by Yas and present status reports to management.
Regularize trust accounts daily in coordination with Finance to ensure compliance with BOT and Group Treasury policies.
Verify month-end interest on trust accounts for accuracy and completeness.
Handle interoperability transaction and government payment complaints within agreed SLAs.
Conduct bi-annual risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams, especially Finance, to resolve and prevent financial issues.
Provide weekly and monthly performance trend reports with actionable recommendations.
