Administration Staff

Location: Dar es Salaam


Responsibilities

  • Manage office fixed assets and logistics.
  • Monitor office attendance.
  • Handle documentation related to:
    • Invitation letters
    • Business visas
    • Work visas
    • Residence permits
    • ID cards
    • Other immigration matters
  • Coordinate renewals and applications including:
    • BRE annual renewal
    • Business license renewal
    • CRB registration renewal
    • Tax clearance certificate
    • TIN application
    • National ID application
    • NSSF card
    • WCF registration
  • Pay fees for fuel cards/GPEC and manage bills/maintenance.
  • Handle legal affairs (as needed).
  • Accompany the general manager to meetings and assist in project development.
  • Carry out other temporary assignments from the General Manager.
  • Understand and manage government affairs, including how to access proper channels for procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
