Position Overview
The Marketing Officer will play a key role in promoting Milan Fiber’s services, managing campaigns, developing strategies, and building strong customer engagement through both traditional and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Develop marketing content including brochures, advertisements, and digital media.
Manage social media accounts and online presence.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Organize promotional events and community engagement activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
