Job Title: ART Nurse / CTC Clinician
Location: Kigoma

📋 Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide daily clinical services at CTC from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Facilitate selected weekend and evening CTC clinics for stable clients (drug pick-up)
- Ensure expected client files are retrieved and traced in accordance with the “boxes initiative”
- Manage client triage
- Support HIV testing, linkage services, and index testing
- Ensure adherence and retention of clients in treatment
- Initiate and complete clients on Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy (TPT)
- Monitor that 75%+ of clients are on six-month or three-month dispensing
- Liaise with CHMT and THPS staff to ensure smooth delivery of HIV interventions
- Supervise data clerks, peer educators, and community testers
- Participate in facility data review meetings
- Ensure data is collected and submitted on time
- Perform any other HIV-related duties as assigned
🎓 Qualification Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing or Clinical Medicine
- Certificate of Ordinary Level Education
- Valid professional practicing license
- Minimum of 1-year experience in CTC service provision
- Fluent in English and Swahili (both spoken and written)
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
