Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Environmental Services, or a related field.
- Must be able to drive both a car and a motorcycle (with valid licenses).
- Professional certification in cleaning operations or occupational safety is an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid business license.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report generation.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and safety standards.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
